Terms of use

Dirty Bristles is a workspace for authorized business users. Patcher is the technical operator contact for app-access and service questions: jake@patcher.me.

Authorized use

Use only an account and provider connection you are authorized to access. Protect your sign-in details, respect office and field access limits, and enter only information appropriate to the business work. Do not attempt to bypass access controls or use the app to send unauthorized messages. Record required recipient permission and honor opt-outs.

Review and connected services

Review imported records, calendar conflicts, work orders and payment matches before relying on them. Square access is read-only; card charges and refunds must be handled in Square. Calendar synchronization and messaging depend on separate authorization, configuration, provider availability and limits.

A saved appointment or successful web request does not establish that synchronization completed. Message acceptance does not prove receipt. Check uncertain outcomes before retrying a send, and use the office workflow to resolve conflicts and follow-up work.

Ask the office to review business-user access. Contact Patcher for technical help or a data-handling request. See the privacy notice for stored information, connected services and disconnect behavior.
